The Relation between Organizational Culture and Organizational Trust in Customs Headquarters of Iran

Abstract
This research is conducted with the goal of studying the relationship between organizational culture and organizational trust for the employees of customs headquarters. Research method of this study was correlation-type of descriptive analysis and statistical population was 727 employees of the customs headquarters. Among these employees, 250 of them were selected by Morgan table and stratified random sampling. Denison organizational culture survey and organization trust questionnaire, designed by the researcher, were used to collect data. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by the experts and the reliability of them calculated by Cronbach’s Alpha and was 0.9 and 0.8 respectively. In order to analyze the data, single-sample T-test and Pearson correlation coefficient have been applied. According to our findings, the condition of organizational culture and organizational trust in customs headquarters is favorable; there is a relationship between organizational culture and its components and organizational trust for the employees of customs headquarters of Iran.
