The Relationship between Human Resources Practices and the Intent to Leave the Organization and the Occupation

Abstract
This study analyzed the relationship between the intent to leave the organization and occupation with commitment to organizational and occupation, job satisfaction, organizational support and justice perceptions, and human resources practices. The study subjects were university and private hospital nurses. The study results showed that human resources management practices affected the intent to leave the organization and the profession through nurses’ perceptions of organizational support and organizational commitment.
