The relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance(Case of Bank Branches fars)

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance of Saderat Bank branches of Fars Province. In this study tried to use survey and descriptive method and using library data collection (studying documented works, articles and sites) and field study (questionnaire) to analyze relationship of independent variable and its four dimensions (innovation capital, structural capital, human capital and market capital) and dependent variable( organizational performance. Population of this study was Saderat Bank staffs in Fars province that were 480 individuals and case studies were 214 individuals that were analyzed. Data collection tool in this study was questionnaire and in the section of data analysis some data were collected and statistical indexes like frequency, frequency percentage of descriptive statistics and different tables and statistical diagrams were used and also to test hypotheses of the research Spearman and Pearson correlative coefficient test and to specify the rate of normality Kolmogorov Smirnoff test was used to measure relationship between intellectual capital and organizational performance. In order to accomplish the analysis SPSS software was used that the entire hypotheses were approved. Results of testing hypothesis showed that intellectual capital and organizational performance have a positive and significant relationship.
