The Relationship between learning organization and knowledge management

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the indicators of success of knowledge management and learning organization in the Islamic Azad University of sabzevar. This research is a type of Descriptive –correlation. The study population included all the employees at the Islamic Azad University of sabzevar branch (31 managers and 146 personnels). A sample of 21 managers and 101 employees were selected using classified random sampling. Data collection tools were Teleo's knowledge management success indicators questionnaire and Peter Senge's learning organization questionnaire and the demographic questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for data analysis. Research findings show that there is meaningful relationship between the indicators of success of knowledge management and learning organization (at 0/05 significant level) at the Islamic Azad University of Sabzevar Branch.
