The study of the leadership style of secondary school teachers in Kuchesfehan Region

Abstract
The leadership style of the teachers is one of the influential factors in students learning, motivation and output. Applyiny the type of the suitable leadership style,by other supposedly stabie factors,can be an effective factor in teachers success. Identification and evaluation of the affective factors on leadership style of teachers are very essential. In this study the affects of some of the factors such as: the level of education, sex and experience of the teachers on leadership style were studied. In order to evaluate the affecting factors on leadership style, first leadership style was measured by a questionnaires consisting of 18 questions. population in this research includes all the teachers of the secondary school in Kuchesfehan region as many as 126 people, that 83 of them are women and 43 are men.Based on morgan table,95 people were randomly chosen,as sample, on the bas is of theirclass. Our method is an analytic, field study which, after collecting the data and extracting the results of the questionnaire and determining the humanitarian degree, the teacher’s sense of duty and classification of statistical data related to research hypothesis is shown in the form of table s and statistical graphs. And finally the connection of each evaluated variables with leadership style are analyzed. Obtained results showed that among variables level of education and teachers experience with leadershipstyle significant relationship exist.
