The relationship between organizational justice and job motivation with human resource productivity among Saadat Shahr school teachers in the academic year 2016-2017

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational justice and job motivation with human resource productivity among teachers of Saadat Shahr schools in the academic years 2016-2017. The target population consisted of all teachers in the city of Saadat Shahr, of whom 315 teachers were selected by random clustering as the respondents in the research sample, and they responded to the items in of Productivity Questionnaire [1], the Job Motivation Questionnaire and Organizational Justice Scale [2]. The collected data through the questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS18 software. The results showed that of the dimensions of organizational justice, the distributive justice, and interactive justice and of the dimensions of job motivation, only skill diversity can predict productivity. It was also noted that 29% of productivity is predicted by distributive justice, interactive justice, and skill diversity.
