THE RIGHT-PROTECTIVE FUNCTION OF THE STATE AND THE PLACE OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW IN ITS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of administrative-legal relations that arise in the field of the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms. The place of administrative law in the legal protection of realization of the human rights protection function of the state is determined. It is stressed that modern administrative law is a “right to ensure and protect human rights”, “public service law”, aimed at serving the needs and interests of individuals in their relations with public authorities. It is concluded that the human rights function is a separate function of administrative law, which is to protect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
