THE RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE AND HUMAN RIGHTS. DISCUSSION POINT REGARDING THE ISSUE OF FORUM INTERNUM

Abstract
The article deals with one of the aspects of the right to freedom of conscience and religion – the internal aspect of the faith or forum internum, as well as some of the problematic aspects of its implementation and protection. For this purpose, the author refers to the practice of the European Court of Human Rights. In addition, the author focuses on the unfair aspect of the realization of the right to religious beliefs (sects).
