THE ANALYSIS OF THE EU DRAFT REGULATION ON THE GOVERNANCE OF THE ENERGY UNION

Abstract
The article singles out the peculiarities ultimately distinguishing the Energy Union from all the EU forerunners in the realm of the energy policy. The analysis of a Regulation on the Governance of the Energy Union was carried out. The instruments for the implementation of the Regulation provisions were examined.
