CHARACTERISTICS OF DELEGATED RIGHTS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS FOR DISEASE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the characterization of the fundamental rights of the victim in the criminal proceedings for damages. The author analyzes the procedure for damages in criminal proceedings and directions for improving the current legislation on remedies.
