The right to work for with disabilities in the light Charter of Fundamental Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of government documents relating to the implementation of the Charter of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the context of the right to work. The main part of the work is devoted to the directions of the changes in employment law. The following presents the effects of these operations in the form of changes in the employment rate of people with disabilities in the competitive and sheltered labour market.
