THE ROLE OF ASIAN COUNTRIES IN THE GLOBAL OIL MARKET

Abstract
Abstract The research paper presents the results of the study of the practical role and place of Asian countries in the world oil market. The indicator of the volume of average daily oil production of Asian countries in the ranking of the 10 largest producers of the world and Asia has been analysed. The identified values allow us to conclude that because of the Middle East and China, Asia occupies a leading role in the development of the global oil industry. The relevance of the study is due to the segmentation of the global oil market. The Asian group of countries occupies an important position in both crude oil production, petroleum products production and consumption. This is due to the fact that a number of Asian countries demonstrate high rates of economic growth and industrial development. The object of the study is the oil market of Asian countries. The subject of the study is the place of Asian countries in the world oil market.
