Abstract

Banks play a deeper role and importance in the economies of the countries, the existence of a banking system can be relied upon is still an urgent requirement and vital because of the important role it plays in the areas of financial intermediation, the fact that the funding is the cornerstone of any development process. The revitalization of international trade and sustainable development is always a top priority for any country and Algeria in particular. Algeria and realize that the importance of internal finance and foreign trade lies in the development and services projects and infrastructure service; and achieve sustainable development so. Highlights the importance of commercial banks in foreign trade financing in opening letters of credit to finance operations Import and Export highlighted this developmental role and investment and its role in stimulating economic and sustainable development through a variety of tools and banking products
