THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL INTERNET-RESOURCES IN IMPROVING ENGLISH LISTENING COMPETENCE OF STUDENTS IN TECHNICAL HEIS

Abstract
The article defines the role and significance of using educational Internet resources in improving English listening competence of students studying at technical HEIs. The process of formation and improving English listening competence provided by technical HEIs is studied. The features and characteristics of educational Internet resources were identified and characterized. The authors also define and analyze the modern educational Internet resources used for improving English listening competence.
