The role of laboratory managerial personnel in improvement of the management system

Abstract
Examples of tasks, authorities and responsibilities of the laboratory managerial personnel, consistent with provisions of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005, were given. The methods as well as basic areas for improvement of the management system efficiency in conformity with this standard were indicated. Actions recommended for improvements introduced to individual fields of activity were outlined.
