THE ROLE OF PARTICIPATORY BUDGETING IN THE PROCESS OF INVOLVING LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of attracting the population of local communities to public administration and the possibility of their solution by introducing participatory budgeting. The foreign experience of implementing participative budgeting is given. The conclusions about the possibilities of rural development development are formed due to the wide participation of the masses in the process of budgeting.
