THE ROLE OF PEDAGOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF FORMING FITNESS-CULTURE OF MODERN YOUTH

Abstract
The role of pedagogical principles of forming fitness-culture of 1st year girl-students is analyzed in the article. The main kinds of fitness-programs introduced in modern fitness-industry are determined. The effectiveness of using means of different kinds of fitness on forming fitness-culture of girl-students’ personality is specified. Pedagogical principles as general scientific-practical ideas showing common factors of forming fitness-culture of modern year girl-students are signified. The concept of pedagogical principles as an effective means of improving health condition, the level of 1st year girl-students adaptive capabilities that clarify the set of ideas, rules and demands to the modern health-related fitness are specified.
