THE ROLE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN THE FORMATION COMPETITIVE PERSONALITY OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST

Abstract

The article reveals the problem of the discrepancy between the level of vocational training of the graduate of the university and the new requirements of the modern labor market. The concept of competitive personality, its components and the process of formation is analyzed. Personnel management in the education system and the learning process is seen as a discipline, the mastering of which can contribute to the reduction of this educational and professional gap and the formation of a competitive personality.
