The role of prosecutorial authorities in ensuring implementation of the prosecutors independence principle

Abstract
The role of prosecutorial authorities to ensure the independence of prosecutors are analyzed in the article. Based on a systematic analysis of legislation by applying the improved regulation of the formation and activity of Ukraine prosecutors and charges the prosecutors.
