Abstract

The teacher has always been the embodiment of the highest spiritual aspirations of the people, and the personality of the teacher was endowed with special spiritual and moral qualities: wisdom, justice, kindness, intelligence, etc. There is no doubt that both the personality of the teacher and his professional activity must be filled with high ideals and aspirations that meet needs of self-development and the need to improve others. A true teacher seeks to understand and understand the spiritual world of the child, generously sharing with her his values. The specific behavior of such a teacher is his positive orientation toward others. This is nothing but the spirituality of the teacher, the spiritual wealth of the individual, the transcendental manifestation of the teacher as a deep inner force of moral, intellectual, aesthetic possibilities. The study found that one of the problems facing modern education is the emergence of a new worldview, which is based on the value of any human personality. Spiritual values are the lofty ideals of humanity. They play a leading role in human life because they are based on the historical development of the spirituality of a certain ethnos, mentality, national traditions, religious and moral priorities, family values, the concepts of good, choice, freedom, patriotism, justice, truth, peace. The article points out that in the humanistic worldview, a variety of attitudes toward man, society, spiritual values, and activities that constitute the content of the humanistic essence of the individual find their expression. Therefore, in conditions of reassessment, changes in established values, as never before, is an emphasis on the attention of higher education institutions on the training of a teacher capable of managing the harmonious development of the personality of schoolchildren, attracting them to universal ideals and spiritual values.
