STAGES OF PERSONAL SELF-IMPROVEMENT OF FUTURE PRESCHOOL EDUCATION TEACHERS IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION PROCESS

Abstract

The of article deals with the pedagogical aspects and directions of formation and development the personality of the future preschool education teacher, which are both stimulating factors of personal self - improvement, as well as independent regulators of competitiveness and creative activity of the future specialist. Personality self-perfection as intellectual and volitional process is described. The exposed tasks of personality self-perfection are in the process of professional preparation of students. It is proved that the continuity of stages of personal self-improvement and educational preparation based on the continuity, success and productivity principle of these processes is simultaneously a precondition and a condition for improvement of the entire system of modern preschool education teacher professional training. Worked out model of personality self-perfection of future teacher of preschool education which foresees cycles: decision-making about the necessity of personality self-perfection, study (finding out) of possibilities of self-perfection and estimation of prospects of their realization in-process above itself; aspiring to cognition in accordance with a select ideal (will attach) or accumulated knowledge about possibilities of personality self-perfection; choice of ways, methods and facilities of self-perfection, development of necessary recommendations which can help in providing of achievement of certain goal of self-perfection; realization of the programs (plans) of personality self-perfection, active practical activity of student, spiritual activity which is a variety, sent to achievement of formed раніше the valued orientations.
