THE ROLE OF THE STATE IN THE FORMATION OF SOCIALLY ORIENTED INVESTMENT CLIMATE IN THE AGRARIAN SECTOR OF THE ECONOMY

Abstract
The article analyzes the formation of socially oriented investment climate in the agrarian sector of the economy. The model of formation of the socially oriented investment climate of the agrarian sector is constructed. The governmental financial support of agriculture from the state budget and the distribution of state expenditures on agriculture in Ukraine are investigated. It is proved that the key role in shaping the socially oriented investment climate belongs to the state as a guarantor for the effective conduct of agrarian business.
