THE SOCIOCULTURAL BASES OF A PERSONALITY’S SELF-REALIZATION IN TRANSFORMATION SOCIETY

Abstract
The article focuses on the sociocultural basis of the personality’s self-realization in a constantly changing society. It is noted that the need for self-realization comes from the desire for self-realization and selfidentity. The author examines the problem of self-realization of gifted personality through the sociocultural determination, since self-realization involves the balanced and harmonious development of various aspects of personality by applying adequate efforts aimed at disclosing individual and personal potentials. It focuses on the self-realization of gifted students in the educational and educational environment of a higher educational institution as an integral part of a transformational society.
