Abstract

The sociology of literature intends to study the role of society in creation process of a literary work. From this view the literary work is the product of a society that is created in it and naturally has heir some features from the place it had been created. Bahar is the last master of Persian classic poem. He can be considered as the reviver ode in Khorasani’s style. He was a nobleman who loved his motherland so much and defended from original traditions and national identity. As a routine mannerof the time he composed odes to praise the Khorasan’s grandee and religion saints. But after conditional revolution and entering to the group of liberals, he devoted those past odes with his new poems to revolution and liberty issues. ‘’Bahar was unstable, transient and piebald in his thoughts’’ , so he has benefited from components like freedom, politics, religion, defending from people rights, praise of the kings and as its consequent exploited from irony and lampoon. Patriotism and looking to the ancient Iran and the kings’ dynasty is brilliant in his poems. He is the poet of events, the incidents that has happened to Iran and the society spiritual shocks in his life time had affected his works entirely. He has used from the poem as a weapon to fight against despotism and colonialism, people awakening and their caution.
