The spatial diversification of tourist traffic in Polish seaside regions

Abstract
Tourist-attracting areas generate a high concentration of tourist traffic. Considered to be attractive as travel destinations, Polish seaside regions are popular with foreign as well as domestic tourists. The aim of this article is to present the spatial diversification of tourist traffic in the provinces of Zachodniopomorskie and Pomorskie in terms of its size, intensity and density as measured at the district level. The statistical data has been provided by the Local Data Bank of the Central Statistical Office. The research procedures adopted in this article as well as its structure are designed to meet this aim.<br/><br/>
