THE SPECIFICS OF ADAPTATION IN THE INTELLECTUAL ECONOMY CONDITIONS

Abstract
The main aspects of adaptation due to the intellectualization of the economy and society as a whole are emphasized in the article. The necessity of adaptation to new working conditions and new forms of management and the system of mutual relations is substantiated. The necessity of developing effective strategies and adaptation policies aimed at increasing the intellectual and human resources potential and strengthening the adaptation resource is emphasized.
