Abstract
The standard and legal mechanism of state regulation of the territorial development in Ukraine is investigated in the article. The classification of standard and legal acts of state regulation of the territorial development in Ukraine is constructed. The principles of formation of the effective mechanism of state regulation of the territorial development in Ukraine are marked out. The features of conclusion of agreement about regional development within the mechanism of state regulation of the territorial development in Ukraine are analyzed.
