THE STATE AS A SUBJECT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific approaches to the legislative definition of the state as a party to the administrative process. Attention is drawn to the fact that the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, unlike the civil process, does not recognize the state as a party to the administrative process. Considered are the problematic issues regarding the representation of the state in the administrative process. Specific proposals are being made to improve legislation in the field under study.
