The state responsibilities in supporting personal territory at electronic government

Abstract

According to technological improvement and the different information world, one of the most important tasks in the comprehensive technological and improving society is the subject of electronic state. It is the government in which services are via internet and it is applied by local institutions and companies and in this form it is for all citizens. It makes organizations and local institutes capable that via a web site on internet without any limitation accessible local services. In not a very far past time any kind of relations between people and local institutes has been possible just by physical presentation. Nowadays by relation technology improvement the citizen can catch their services on line without any place and time limitation. Meanwhile the electronic state is encountering challenges and difficulties by official improvements. One of these challenges is the personal territory in local electronic state. In this concern the local electronic state for supporting personal territory is confronting with some tasks and responsibilities which they have admitted in the field of figurative environment. In the present article the bases of local electronic state has been analyzed, nevertheless the principles of different local state interpretations has analyzed before it had expressed, and then due it analyzed the requisite of electronic state and the methods of improving electronic state in improving services. In continue it would analyze the judicial changes of electronic state in interaction with the principle of freedom of information.
