Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to highlighting the state of scientific development of the implementation of administrative procedures in the area of citizenship, immigration and emigration. Three groups of studies on the state of modern scientific developments of administrative procedures in the area of citizenship, immigration and emigration are outlined: the theoretical basis of administrative procedures in the activities of the authorities, administrative-legal aspects of citizenship and scientific works in which studied immigration and emigration.
