The study of law of organization and administrative procedures of the court of justice in light of the principles of public law

Abstract
Nowadays, due to the lack of laws and regulations, general principles of administrative courts have a double significance. These are unwritten rules, each of which could serve as guidelines for judges, government and citizens placed. Administrative actions and decisions are in principle subject to the regulations and judgments over the years through the courts and judicial procedures and protect the rights of citizens against administrative authorities and administrative structures to ensure optimal lateral to take care of the administrative and ritual have to observe them in decision making, it is essential for all administrative officials. Due to the nature of judicial supervision over the exercise of executive powers many and varied and active and growing presence in the social scene on General Affairs Department of the Interior and Public Security Requirements and the extent of the amount of everyday relations, has a special importance. Although the primary purpose of judicial oversight of the government's means of ensuring that the problem does not move Act, contrary to the law violation of citizens' rights. Pursuant to Article (173) the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran to address lawsuits and administrative complaints, the Supreme Court is the court established that responsible for monitoring compliance with the Regulations and the decisions and actions of the executive branch administrative law, and resolve disputes between individuals and the state. Despite a court that has had its ups and downs, the main mission of our practice is shown that the effective oversight of the law to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens and continue to pay serious attention to ensure that the government is trying. These changes cannot be evaluated as a whole positive or negative, but the subject seems to be some shortcomings in the system of judicial oversight of law in the state have and in some cases eliminate it does not appear.
