THE SYSTEM ANALYSIS OF THE LITERATURE ON THE LABOUR TO TRAINING FOR HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract
Abstract. Modern preparation of experts puts for educational process new requirements for its maintenance, methods, means and training forms, and to a part of its organisation and management. Educational literature is an integral component of all educational process. Importance and necessity of textbook for educational process is well-known. Outstanding Czech educator J. A.Komensky has told in due time that the book is the pivotal means of education in all system of tutorials. Many outstanding researchers of problems of textbook in due time specified in necessity of deep functional analysis of school textbooks in Ukraine and abroad. It is connected with that at construction of model of textbook it is necessary to define scientifically appointment of every element as a primary condition and the scientific approach to construction of its structure. The system analysis of the educational and methodical literature from labour training which is applied today by educators and teachers in educational process at schools and higher educational institutions has been carried out. 175 textbooks, manuals and methodical literature prepared for comprehensive schools and different types of educational institutions have been studied using system analysis. Sociological and theoretical researches which were carried out in laboratories of methodology and a forecasting technique in professional pedagogy of the regional interuniversity research centre on problems of "the Human factor" have given the chance to draw general conclusions. The essence consists that the problem which demands decision is a creation of scientifically proved unified literature. At creation of the unified educational literature for groups of specialities criteria have been offered with the help to which teaching material selection can be carried out, namely: - technics and technology should be related; - the work maintenance should be related on components; - the teaching material should answer modern level of development of science, technics and to consider technology; - in the course of construction of the qualifying characteristic, it is necessary to consider prospects of development of the branch, all complexity of the maintenance and objects of work; - the teaching material should have predicted character, consider prospects of development of concrete manufacture and branch development; - it is necessary to provide the scientifically-proved parity of the basic and special parts of the maintenance of formation (general educational, general technical and professional).
