The presentations, notes and comments are presented on the occasion of and in connection with the announced public discussion of the Draft Ordinance on the uniform requirements for the adjustment of the insurance premium in the application of the “bonusmalus” system to the compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance in the Republic of Bulgaria .
