Enterpreunership and globalization
Journal Title: VUZF - Year 2019, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
Innovation in organizations facilitated by information and communication technologies (ICT) and global logistics change our understanding of the relationship between the size of the organization and the efficiency. The standard accessibility and flexibility available to smaller market players are no longer a taboo for large companies. By restructuring in global networks, they can enter into various market niches that are inaccessible to them so far and at the same time use their wider resource base. In order to have this complex network of relationships and knowledge at different levels in the companies it is necessary to create multidisciplinary knowledge and to build a "creative environment" that extends beyond the borders of the companies themselves. They are a territory with rich knowledge resources, including universities, financial institutions and a high-tech labor market. This form of "networked enterprise" is composed of components of larger corporations that cooperate in specific spatial and thematic areas. Such technology networks exist in the Asia-Pacific region and the UK, but companies generally continue to pursue global strategies for direct competition.
