The temporal aspect of judicial discretion as a mechanism for a fair trial.

Abstract
The work is devoted to the study of judicial discretion, which is carried out by national law enforcement agencies in assessing the factual material collected in the judicial process. The focus is on forensic analysis of the admissibility and timeliness of the provision of relevant evidence. Some approaches of Ukrainian judges in this field are given and critically analyzed. It is proposed to use the practice of European law enforcement.
