THE UPPLYING OF SWOT-ANALYSIS AS FORMING THE STRATEGY OF MANAGEMENT SALES ACTIVITY OF MEAT PROCESSING ENTERPRISES OF THE REGION

Abstract

Introduction. Variety of changes in Ukrainian economy, that were caused by the existing problems of market situation and by the behavior of business entities, give an impulse in the searching a new methods and tools for product promotion at the market and ability to manage sales activities of enterprise. The using of effective analysis methods helps to decide the problems. Methods. The next methods are used in the research: a method of comparative analysis, a method of expert evaluation, a method of modeling, dialectical, abstract and logical methods. Results. The article explores some problems of determining strengths and weaknesses of sales management meat processing at enterprises in Ivano-Frankivsk region. Opportunities and threats that exist in the industry are identified in the research. A SWOT-analysis is carried out that gives opportunity to examine and grout the most important positions, which directly or indirectly has been influencing on the development and management sales of a meat processing enterprises and their activity. In the result, the main issues of meat processing enterprises are identified. Several variants for the future strategy about development industry in Ivano-Frankivsk region are developed. Discussion. The meat processing companies are engaged a new methods and mechanisms at business management. In the future very important тaking the regional strategy of development industry in Ivano-Frankivsk region will be very important for all business entities. It will have been including the protection of unfair competition and positioning the region as one of the best for the gastronomic tourism.
