The use of human resources in the agro-industrial businesses in the Lviv region

Abstract
Głównym celem artykułu było ukazanie możliwości wykorzystania zasobów ludzkich w przedsiębiorstwach rolno-spożywczych w obwodzie lwowskim. Rolnictwo odgrywa ważną rolę w gospodarce Ukrainy. Efektywność sektora rolnego zależy w dużej mierze od wykwalifikowanej siły roboczej. W celu tworzenia nowych miejsc pracy i zmian struktury zatrudnienia w kraju, konieczne jest wspieranie rozwoju małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. To głównie małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa są w stanie rozwiązać problem tworzenia nowych miejsc pracy. Władze lokalne powinny zwrócić szczególną uwagę na wsparcie finansowe już istniejących przedsiębiorstw rolnych, które takie miejsca pracy tworzą.
