THE USE OF UKRAINIAN ESPERANTISTS IN INTERNATIONAL ACTIONS OF COMMUNIST PARTY BODIES IN THE 1920S.

Abstract
The article analyses the features of the implementation of the Bolshevik policy of the “world revolution” and the use of international public relations in Soviet Ukraine on the example of the Republican Section of the Soviet Esperantist Union (SEU). The main ideological principles are determined, which substantiated the necessity for the ruling party and its leaders to continue the process of spreading the proletarian revolution to other European countries and the place in this process of international civil society organizations. Separately, the main directions and methods of involving participants of the Ukrainian Esperanto movement into subversive revolutionary work abroad are identified.
