Theoretical and methodological aspects of the marketing activities of the company

Abstract

The article followed the evolution of the concept of «marketing» in the world in general and in Ukraine in particular, the stages of marketing as a science, analyzed the interpretation of the term «marketing management» grounded its own approach to determine the definitions of «marketing» and «marketing management activities». The results of scientific studies confirm that the management of marketing activities at the present stage of economic development of Ukraine has become an integral part of its business as it has significant theoretical and practical importance, is an important direction of market-oriented economy.
