THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF MONITORING QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
This article discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations for monitoring education. The authors defined the concept of monitoring the quality of education in higher education. The analysis stages of pedagogical monitoring of its levels, tasks, objects, principles and functions, taking into account the impact of objective and subjective factors suggests the need for implementation in practice of the higher education systems of integrated education quality monitoring (for complex criteria and indicators) that will provide quality training.
