Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the general- purpose and general-prohibition (special-permit) type of legal regulation, in order to reveal the main features, practical examples, subject structure, and the results that are achieved in cases of application of these types of regulation of social relations. In addition, the analysis and definition of the special place of legal prohibitions in types of regulation of legal relations is carried out. The object of the research is the main types of legal regulation, the research of the works of domestic scientists on the application in practice of legal prohibitions within the general- purpose and general-prohibition type of legal regulation.
