THEORETICAL BASES OF CONTROL OVER PRODUCTION AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is synthesize theoretical approaches to understanding control over production and commercial activities as an economic category and development of measures to improve the efficiency of the control system of production and economic activities. Methodology of research. Theoretical basis of research is the fundamental points of modern economic science, the studies of domestic and foreign scientists. During the research such methods were used: system analysis and theoretical generalization (research of the essence of the concept of “production and commercial activity of the enterprise” and “control of production and commercial activity of the enterprise”); abstract-logical method (for theoretical generalizations of research results and formulation of conclusions); analysis and synthesis (in developing measures to improve the efficiency of the control system of production and commercial activities). Findings. The role of the system of control of industrial and commercial activities in achieving economic growth is substantiated. Theoretical approaches to the definition of the definition of “production and commercial activity” and “control of production and commercial activities” is generalized. It is determined that production and economic activity is a kind of economic activity of the enterprise and the efficiency of the investigated type of activity is determined by how effective the management system. Principles, methods and functions of management of industrial and economic activity of the enterprise are analyzed. Proposed own vision of the control of production and commercial activity as component of the general management system, which is implemented through the actions of management (implementation of principles, methods and functions) with a view to efficient use of resources in the process of production and sales of products and contributes to the achievement of economic, innovative, social and other effects. Measures for increase of efficiency of functioning of the system of control of industrial and commercial activity of enterprises are proposed. Originality. The theoretical bases for managing the production and economic activity of the enterprise have been improved. The importance of constructing an effective control system for industrial enterprises under the influence of a set of factors of the environment is substantiated. The content of a number of terms and concepts has been clarified. Practical value. The theoretical bases of control managing the production and commercial activities of the enterprise are improved. Practical measures for improving the efficiency of the operation system of production and commercial activity management are developed.
