THEORETICAL BASES OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL TRAINING OF THE MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL

Abstract

In modern conditions, the management of the business entity is dependent on a large number of conditions: external and internal, which are related to the functioning and formation of the main part of the state economy. The article argues that understanding of this is especially important in the transition to market relations, when the structural adjustment of the whole system of production management is directed, first of all, to its adaptation to new economic conditions, organizational, legal, economic mechanism, system of values. For this reason, the study of the conditions that play an important role in the organizational formation and development of the management system, which is based on the study of the connection between its components (internal), as well as between the organization and its external environment (external variables), is an integral part of solution to the tasks.
