THEORETICAL BASIS OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT BY ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article, based on the generalization and critical analysis of theoretical knowledge on the business structures management in the crisis conditions, the conceptual principles of the enterprise anti-crisis management are grounded in view of the modern business environment uncertainty. The author's point relatively the essence and content of the concept "system of the enterprise anti-crisis management" and its components is presented. The reference model of the enterprise anti-crisis management system is proposed, which will allow not only the efficiency of its formation and functioning, but also the integration and operational interaction of this system’s elements with the enterprise management system as a whole.
