Theoretical basis of the influence of strategic potential on the value of the enterprise

Abstract
The article analyzes the relationship between the functional components of the strategic potential and the main factors influence the value of company. It is shown that the value of the enterprise depends on the degree of efficiency of the components of the strategic potential of the enterprise. Also, the article presents a generalized scheme of crisis management capacity of mining companies that will allow the company’s position on the market, with minimal loss out of crisis and keep the price high.
