Theoretical foundations of road-building concrete science: electromagnetic version

Abstract

Road concrete is an artificial stone from the atoms chemically related to each other. The choice of feedstock and additions-fillers with necessary atoms will provide the special properties of road concrete. Any atom is characterized by the electric charge. A charge generates the electromagnetic field. The higher is the size of the charge, the stronger and more extensive is the magnetic field, the larger is the radius of excitation of nearby charges in it, more atoms interact with each other in time unit and the higher is the speed of hardening of the mixture. The force of chemical connections of atoms is practically unchanged and does not grow in time. It is determined that the speed of hardening of the mixture is provided by the size of the charge and amount of chemical connections of atoms and new formations in time unit. The latter form the density of stone (kg/m3), strength of concrete (МПа) corresponds to it. Obtaining concrete grade in the set term (in 1or 28 days) is determined by the size of the charge of atoms (ions) → speed of their synthesis → amount of connections of atoms → density of new formations → strength of concrete.
