THEORETICAL RESEARCH OF SCIENTIFIC APPROACH TO THE APTITUDE SCREENING

Abstract
The article provides results of the theoretical analysis of scientific approach to the aptitude screening, justifies the need and importance for such measures in the Border Guard Service. It also provides primary goals and generalizes main efficiency factors of such measures, indicates possible ethical issues related to the selection.
