THERMAL CHARACTERIZATION OF SEMICONDUCTOR BI2TE3
MATERIALS USING DSC
Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2010, Vol 12, Issue 1
Abstract
The behavior upon heating (30 – 650 o C) and subsequent cooling (to room temperature) has been studied for both n and p type semiconductors based on Bi2Te3 alloys. The elemental composition of the studied alloys has been established by EDXRF analysis. The materials are used in manufacture of thermoelectric generators and coolers.

FUZZY LOGIC MODELING OF SOLAR RADIATION USED IN PHOTOVOLTAICS
Knowing the amount of solar radiation on a surface is of key importance to engineers and scientists involved in the design of solar powered systems. Numerous design methods for thermal and photovoltaic systems require as...
THE TOPOLOGY OF THE SPACES OF MELLIN WHITTAKER TRANSFORMABLE DISTRIBUTIONS
In this paper we have introduced Gelfand Shilove type spaces of Mellin Whittaker transformable distributions. We have also discussed their interrelation and some topological properties of these spaces.
THE STUDY OF SCALE FORMATION ON HOT ROLLED INGOTS AND BILLETS
During the heating for rolling, ingots and billets are affected by the chemical action of the heating atmosphere. Between the heating environment elements and steel components there are taking place chemical reactions in...
SOME QUADRATURE FORMULAS BASED ON LINEAR AND POSITIVE OPERATORS
The paper is a survey concerning quadrature formulas obtained by using linear and positive operators. We recall here the Bernstein quadrature formula, the Schurer quadrature formula, the Stancu quadrature formula and the...
