Thermoelectric Material Solid Solutions PbTe-Bi2Te3, PbTe-Sb2Te3: Technology, Properties

Abstract

The results of a comprehensive study of the phase composition, structure and thermoelectric properties of solid solutions PbTe-Bi2Te3, PbTe-Sb2Te3 based Lead Telluride. Established their dependence on the chemical composition and temperature for a given synthesis conditions and their alloys following annealing and preparing models and size fractions of components. The mechanisms of doping and defined physicochemical and technological conditions for the formation of material with predetermined optimal thermoelectric parameters.
