ТИПОЛОГІЗАЦІЯ ГРУП ІНТЕРЕСІВ В СУЧАСНІЙ ПОЛІТИЧНІЙ НАУЦІ

Abstract
Attention is focused on the problem of typology of interest groups in Ukraine. At the present stage, this concept is actively integrating into Ukrainian political science, becoming an object and subject of different theoretical, methodological and practical researches, which provides the ground for the emergence of new theories of the formation and development of civil society, political power, state, etc. The article analyzes the typology of interest groups in the political science literature, namely, the division of groups by type, which are the main means of the theoretical identification of the content of their activities. However, the principles of distinguishing types are far from unambiguousness. They are deprived of unity in the use of criteria. This leads to the need of identification of all problem points that prevent the construction of an adequate concept of the functioning of different types of groups of political interests as an essential aspect of the political process. It also emphasizes on the positive role played by interest groups in the political process. Interest groups provide not only the realization of their own interests, but also loyalty from the side of individual social groups by performing intermediary functions between the state and civil society
